Employee onboarding
The new-hire checklist lives in email and a folder nobody updates.
The preview routes a sample hire by department and shows the manager, IT, and HR tasks. It does not create accounts.
Simulation only. Buttons on this page do not send email, create records, or change QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or any other system.

What a typical implementation includes
The live demo described about three and a half hours per hire. Use it as a planning figure, not a promise.
- A new-hire form
- A different checklist by department
- A manager task list
- An IT task list in email plus a sheet or SharePoint list
- An HR flag when the start date is inside five days
- An audit log, documentation, and a 30-day adjustment window
Quoted separately: Creating Microsoft 365 or Google accounts, an HRIS record, or shipping a laptop.
Scoped add-on
Integrations that cost extra
Direct connections are quoted after we see the system. An export or a spreadsheet is not the same thing as a native integration.
- Create the user and license after you approve it
- Sync an HRIS you already use
- A ticket per task
- Offer-letter signing
- A status note in Slack or Teams
