Privacy
This page describes the ITAKY website at itaky.net, operated by Steven Gabbard from Stanton, Kentucky. Contact [email protected] or (859) 404-1261 with a privacy question.
What the form collects
If you submit the contact form, the site collects your name, business name, email, phone if you provide one, the service you chose, your description of the problem, current tools if you provide them, how you prefer to be contacted, your timeline, the page you submitted from, and campaign parameters such as utm_source when they are present in the address.
A hidden field is used to catch automated spam. Do not fill it in. Submissions that fill it are ignored.
Where it goes
Valid requests are stored on the server that hosts this site so they are not lost. When email delivery is configured, a copy is sent to [email protected]. Until that email is configured, the form tells you the request was saved and that Steven has not been notified automatically. The site does not show a success message for a notification that did not happen.
If email is sent, the message passes through whatever mail host is configured for the server. That host processes the message in order to deliver it. ITAKY does not sell the information and does not use it for advertising.
Analytics
Analytics runs only when a measurement ID is configured for the deployment. The previous public site used Google Analytics. This rebuild does not load it unless that configuration is present. The calculator, the problem finder, and the workflow demos run in your browser and do not require an email address.
Demos
Demo pages use sample data and session storage so a finished preview can stay on the screen. They do not send email or update an outside system.
How long it is kept
Inquiry records are kept so Steven can reply and so a duplicate from the same day is recognized. Ask by email if you want a stored inquiry deleted.
