Expense approval
Receipts arrive in chat, and the approval is whatever someone remembers at month end.
The preview checks a sample receipt against simple policy, then either auto-approves it or asks a manager.
Simulation only. Buttons on this page do not send email, create records, or change QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or any other system.

What a typical implementation includes
The live demo described about four hours a month versus an email shoebox. That is not a guaranteed saving.
- A phone-friendly form or a Teams submission with the receipt
- Category rules, caps, and a receipt requirement
- Manager approve / reject by email
- Auto-approve under a threshold you choose
- A hold when travel has no receipt
- An audit log, a reimbursement queue, and a 30-day adjustment window
Quoted separately: Posting into Gusto, QuickBooks, Ramp, or Brex. Payroll still makes one pass, from a clean list.
Scoped add-on
Integrations that cost extra
Direct connections are quoted after we see the system. An export or a spreadsheet is not the same thing as a native integration.
- A draft reimbursement in payroll or accounting
- Match a receipt to a company card
- Per-diem tables
- Read the amount from the photo
- Submit inside Slack or Teams
- A simple spend summary
